Use

Exfoliate and moisten dry areas, such as elbows, knees and feet, carefully. Help protect your eyebrows and hairline with a little extra moisturizer. Then smooth the mousse from head to toe, be careful not to rub, as it can make your tan uneven. Once you have covered the skin, wait until you have dried before you get dressed. Try not to get wet or sweat, for at least four hours. Finally, shower to reveal a perfect golden tan with natural appearance.
